Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
- Experience reviewing/coordinating the review of geometry data provided by the design agent to verify that the supplies data arrangements is adequate as a master database to ensure full envelope definition, smoothness, and fairness as well as containing all the data necessary to generate propeller plans, CAD/CAM drawings or N/C programs.
- Experience developing/coordinating development of geometry data provided for complex NFPC products and when required propellers or propulsors
- Experience coordinating with other technicians and engineers to ensure that all technical issues are addressed and that all project objectives and schedules are met.
- Experience preparing detailed cost estimates for use in obtaining project funding
- Experience preparing detailed schedule estimates for completion of program files or CAD/CAM drawings.
- Experience evaluating design objectives, performing complex technical evaluations, identifies most economical and efficient procedures considering all influences and prepares procedures, drawings, and program files.
- Experience performing detailed evaluations of new processes or innovative variations to existing processes for the purpose of improving operations.
- Experience providing technical guidance/training to lower technicians and engineers
