Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the
GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Applying environmental engineering concepts, principles and practices over a broad range of environmental programs;
2) Applying the skills to develop specific interpretation of broad regulatory language applicable to unique military operations;
3) Assessing advice on the impact of navy activities on the public and environment;
4) Understanding related fields such as civil, electrical and mechanical engineering and ability to apply standard practices and knowledge to develop customized solutions.
