- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in English and Spanish is REQUIRED.
Specialized Experience: I have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service, or comparable in difficulty and responsibility to the GS-11 if outside the Federal service.
Specialized experience is defined as maintaining calendars, coordinating events, scheduling/coordinating travel using an automated system, preparing executive level correspondence and written documents and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.)
Volunteer Experience: Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
