GS-12 Level - You must have one full year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 level. Specialized experience is defined as: Experience and knowledge using investigative research methods and procedures including data acquisition, analysis, and documentation to address highly complex pipeline operations and ratemaking issues.
GS-13 Level - You must have one full year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 level. Specialized experience is defined as: Experience and knowledge using investigative research methods and procedures including data acquisition, analysis, documentation and presentation to address extremely complex pipeline operations and ratemaking issues.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Word preferred.
