Engineering Intern

Are you currently enrolled in a program leading to a Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering? Do you have a passion for technology and a desire to gain valuable hands-on experience? Join our team at the Program Management Organization (PMO) to support the transformation and modernization of the National Airspace System (NAS). This is a unique chance to work with professionals from a variety of disciplines and gain exposure to complex projects in engineering and technology.

Job Duties

  • Assist in developing test outlines, procedures, and documenting test cases.
  • Contribute to developing and modifying software code.
  • Provide feedback on engineering designs and participate in design reviews.
  • Support technical activities and site support efforts.
  • Engage in troubleshooting and implementing solutions for system and network issues.
  • Work on coding, configuring, and implementing software tools for metrics data automation.
  • Participate in user migration and system outreach activities.
  • Develop skills in communicating technical information through reports and briefings.

You will have regular coordination with managers and experienced employees to plan tasks and prioritize assignments, ensuring you make full use of available resources.

Role Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Enrollment in an accredited educational institution, pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering.
  • Completion of at least one academic year of post-high school study.
  • Provide transcript(s) and certificates to verify qualifications.
  • Demonstrate a strong academic foundation in Professional Engineering.
