Duties
The primary purpose of this position is to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Federal Co-Chair and Chief of Staff by coordinating office activities, managing executive schedules, facilitating communication with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring efficient daily operations of the Office of the Federal Co-Chair. The position supports leadership by organizing meetings, preparing materials, coordinating travel, and maintaining official records to help ensure the office functions effectively and leadership priorities are carried out.
Duties performed:
- Providing administrative support to the Federal Co-Chair and Chief of Staff by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing briefing materials, and drafting correspondence.
- Coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements by preparing travel authorizations, arranging transportation and lodging, and ensuring compliance with federal travel regulations.
- Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including federal, state, and local partners, and routes inquiries to appropriate staff.
- Maintaining federal digital records by collecting, organizing, and archiving official documents in accordance with federal records management requirements.
- Assisting with planning and coordinating meetings, conferences, and special projects by arranging logistics, preparing materials, and tracking project tasks and deadlines.

Qualifications
A. GS-11: Applicant must demonstrate one full year of specialized experience comparable in scope and responsibility to the GS-09 level in the Federal service (obtained in either the public or private sectors) performing the following duties:
- Providing administrative support to leadership by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing briefing materials and/or drafting official correspondence;
- Organizing digital and administrative files to ensure accurate documentation and easy retrieval of information; and
- Serving as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to include federal, state and/or local partners to ensure timely communication between leadership.
OR
B. Have Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or three (3) full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree, or LL.M., if related.
OR
C. Have a combination of specialized experience and graduate-level education that meets 100% of the qualification requirements for this position.
