Qualifications
You may qualify at the SL-00 level, if you fulfill the following qualification requirements:
Specialized Experience:
Applicant must demonstrate one full year of specialized experience comparable in scope and responsibility above or at the GS-15 grade level in the Federal service (obtained in either the public or private sectors) performing the following duties:
- Managing the development of policies, procedures, and practices to guide activities of an organization;
- Establishing contact with real estate appraisal industry stakeholders to initiate meetings and/or conferences with directors of state and local real estate boards, commissions and/or associations to explain the goals and objectives of the organization;
- Directing the administration of grant monies to ensure grant requests and activities funded are consistent with Title XI; and
- Supervising employees to ensure work performed is timely and accurate.

Required Documents
