2. Technical Qualification
(MANDATORY SUBMISSION): A separate narrative statement specifically addressing the mandatory technical qualification. This separate statement may not exceed 1 page (per TQ) using 12pt, Arial or Times New Roman with 1-inch margins. Applicants must reflect superior technical qualifications demonstrated through leadership and management in the following:
TQ 1: Knowledge of, and experience in, the management of a large, complex, and diverse organization requiring executive level leadership skills.
TQ 2: Ability to provide executive level coordination and administration of actions for defense acquisition programs, and managing and setting workforce standards for civilian and military personnel and enforcing compliance with various acquisition policies, to include but not limited to budget formulation and execution.
3. Performance Assessment
(MANDATORY SUBMISSION): Submit ONE of the following: A signed letter of recommendation dated within the last three years that assesses your performance *or* your most recent signed performance appraisal. (Please do not submit any prior appraisals.)
4. Current or former employees
MUST provide an SF-50 showing their status or reinstatement eligibility. SES Candidates who have successfully completed an Office of Personnel Management approved SES Candidate Development Program must submit a copy of their ECQ certification (under other).
