Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Able to manage projects and facilities and organize or implement new or existing programs.
2) Strong technical knowledge of performance-based contracting for government services.
3) Ability to apply innovative theories and state of art methods to technical principles, practices, and problems not resolvable through conventional methods.
4) Familiar with project funding/budget, contract requirements, bidding processes, and various contract types (design, construction, environmental, planning, real estate).
5) Expert in laws, regulations, and standards, with a good understanding of related fields governing technical work and service delivery.
