Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-7 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Developing, formulating budget requests and maintaining budget accounts for the command.
2) Ensuring obligations, expenditures, transfer of funds, and other budgetary transactions are recorded and accounted for.
3) Providing oversight and training on financial resource accountability
4) Reviewing estimates submitted by program managers for compliance with rules, regulations, and procedures.
5) Identifying, defining, developing, and/or recommending systems or procedures to implement the financial management processes.
