Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector:
1) Applying principles, practices, and techniques applicable to Fire & Emergency Services elements (i.e., explosive ordnance, chemical surety, hazardous materials, nuclear surety, aircraft and structural, biological agents and weapons of mass destruction);
2) Managing and planning a progressive Fire & Emergency Services Program by conducting code compliance inspections, arson investigations, and personnel training; and
3) Managing a hazardous materials protection and control program (i.e., knowledge of hazardous materials used, development of contingency plan, deployment of vehicles with specialized equipment, etc.).
