Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Providing technical expertise on NATO political-military interaction, NATO maritime command and control, and NATO joint operation command and control;
2) Advising on US maritime force planning, contribution, and employment to NATO deliberate and crisis planning efforts;
3) Developing and validating US assumptions during NATO joint and maritime planning in accordance with planning doctrine; and
4) Developing and presenting operational, planning, policy and contingency response matters to senior military/civilian leaders to ensure timely and responsive command decisions.
