In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.
Qualifying Experience:
Experience with applying analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to issues or studies concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of Food and Beverage Operations. Extensive experience with large- or small-scale systems project work. Requires technical experience with the principles of accrual accounting.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA's):
Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
- Broad understanding of financial analysis and accounting processes.
- Skilled in adapting analytical techniques and evaluation criteria to the measurement and improvement of program effectiveness and/or organization productivity.
- Skilled in developing new or modified work methods, organization structures, management processes, and/or program administration procedures.
- Experience with Microsoft Project Manager and Oracle Balanced Scorecard or similar programs is desired.
- Experience with MS Office application software to produce a wide range of office reports and documents.
- Knowledge of database application.
- Highly organized and able to work independently.
- BS degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting or Information systems.
