Duties
- Serves as the advisor to the DLA Staff Director FNWR with responsibilities for DLA's Appropriated (APF) and Non appropriated Fund (NAF) FMWR mission.
- Performs fund management functions ensuring that statutory requirements to control funds in accordance with applicable regulations and standards are properly executed.
- Serves as resident expert in appropriated/Non appropriated funds interfacing. Serves as the One fund manager for DLA DM-Q managed funds.
- Develops and monitors quality control procedures for all NAF operations, monitors both revenues and expenditures, performance benchmarks.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Progressive experience managing MWR financial operations - budgeting, execution, and manpower funding and services.
- Experience in Family and Morale Welfare and Recreation (FMWR) operating programs and funding sources - Appropriated Fund (APF) and Nonappropriated (NAF).
- Experience with implementing policies and procedures. Knowledge of appropriated fund processes - planning, programming, budgeting, and execution system.
- Experience with analyzing data, developing alternatives, and making recommendations to leadership on audit readiness and to resolve complex resource management issues. Experience with oral and written communications to include briefings to senior leadership.
- Experience in supervising employees.
