Minimum Qualifications (Screen Out Element): Ability to do the work of a(n) Food Service Worker Leader ~ without more than normal supervision. Have the ability to perform common tasks: distributing and balancing workload among employees, providing on the job training to new employees, conducting inventory, resupplying food items. - Failure to meet this Screen out Element will result in an ineligible rating.

- PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The work requires the employee to lift items weighing over 80 pounds; to bend, stoop, push and pull heavy objects; and involves continuous standing, walking and sitting. Must possess good eyesight and coordination for cash register, money handling duties.
- WORKING CONDITIONS: Employee will perform work in noisy kitchen and dining room areas and will be subject to injuries from equipment used. There will be exposure to dirt, grease and water in cleaning tasks and exposure to extremes of temperature in bringing supplies from walk-in refrigerators and freezers.
