Duties
- Performs a variety of tasks having several steps or a sequence of tasks that requires attention to work operations in a kitchen or dining area following Texas Roadhouse established procedures.
- Operates, break downs, and cleans all equipment assigned to the area for food preparation.
- Cleans exhaust vents, hoods, windows, ceilings, and walls. Cleans and sanitizes trash cans; dispose of trash.
Conditions of Employment
- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Meet the agency's local age requirement (18 years old).
- Able and willing to work a schedule that may include nights, weekends and holidays.
- Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a food handler's examination.
- Incumbent may be required to complete a Tier 1 background investigation for a Common Access Card for physical access to federally-controlled facilities.
