This position is open to the general public in the local commuting area, to include U.S. and non-U.S. Citizens.
Duties
- Performs daily cleaning duties to include, but not limited to, washing dishes, emptying trash, and cleaning kitchen utensils.
- Performs opening/closing procedures for the dining areas and coffee bar
- Assists with food preparation and prepares coffee orders in accordance with the current menu
- Attends to customer orders and operates a cash register
- Will serve alcoholic and/or non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with customer orders

Conditions of Employment
- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Completed and signed DA Form 3433 is required prior to entrance on duty.
- Satisfactory completion of a minimum of 4 hours initial food sanitation and safety training is required within 30 days of employment and minimum of 4 hours refresher training annually.
- Must meet state/local age requirements for the serving of alcoholic beverage at the time of appointment, if applicable.
- Certificate of Medical Examination required.
- Must be able to lift and carry weights up to 40 pounds.
- Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2.
- Incumbent may also be required to complete a Tier 1 background investigation for a Common Access Card for physical access to federally controlled facilities.

- An irregular schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays, and special events is required.

Minimum Qualifications:
Candidates must:
1. Possess math skills necessary to calculate patron bills and take inventory.
2. Skill in mixing and serving alcoholic and/or nonalcoholic beverages.
3. Have the ability to follow oral and written instructions in English and possess basic math skills.
Highly Preferred:
Demonstrated experience working in a Customer Service environment is highly preferred
