Qualifications
Progressively responsible experience, including at least one year of specialized supervisory or managerial experience at the next lower grade level or equivalent position. Must be adaptable to new assignments, and to changes in instructions, work methods, work situations and staff.
Best Qualified Criteria:
-Possess three (3) years' or more experience with a hotel property management system (e.g., Defense Lodging System/EPITOME, MICROS OPERA/Oracle OPERA PMS, HOLIDEX, Amadeus PM Pro, Guestline) or similar systems.
-Possess one (1) year or more experience creating staffing schedules that cover a 24 hour operation that includes a 7 day per week schedule for staff.
-Possess one (1) year experience at a hotel as a Front Desk Clerk or Lead Hotel Front Desk Position (or similar position
