1) The depth, breadth and quality of their recent Federal CPL experience, including litigation
2) The depth, breadth and quality of their recent experience in other areas of DON OGC practice identified above
3) Research, analytical and writing skills
4) Oral communication skills
5) Interpersonal skills, including ability to work both independently and as part of a team
