Applicants will be evaluated on: 1) the depth, breadth, and quality of their civilian personnel law experience to include litigation, and relevant legal experience in any other practice areas described above; 2) their research, analytical and writing skills; 3) their oral communication skills; 4) their interpersonal skills, including their ability to develop a strong attorney-client relationship, particularly with senior military and civilian personnel; and 5) their ability to work both independently and as part of a team, particularly with members of Navy JAG Corps. Knowledge, understanding, or experience with Navy OGC and the Department of Navy may be considered a plus.
