Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience may include:
-Led or Supervised programs including policies and procedures related to Unaccompanied Housing.
-Applying property management and maintenance requirements for housing facilities
-Develop budget plans, determine requirements, and manage resources for operations, personnel, and maintenance functions
-Develop and implement an overall activity plan, which includes procedures for assignment, eligibility, and related activities-Develop and oversee an effective resident relations program
-Supervise MILPER and civilian staff, assign tasks, set performance standards, and evaluate performance
-Promote effective working relationships with UH staff, Housing Director, chain of command, Region and other installation organizations.
