GROUP IR - All qualified Male/Female Enlisted Members (E3/PFC - E7/SFC) currently employed (permanent) in the Virginia Army National Guard Military Technician Program with the G1.

GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Applicant must have administrative or clerical experience, education, or training which provided you with the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing as well as experience using computer and automation systems?
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicant must have at least 12 months specialized experience, education, or training, equivalent to at least the GS-07 level, or equivalent pay band in other pay systems in the Federal government. This experience may also have been obtained in the private sector, but must demonstrate that it is comparable to the GS grade indicated. This experience must include activities such as:
- Experiences which provided a basic working knowledge of National Guard missions, organizations, and personnel programs.
- Basic knowledge and experiences of personnel programs gained in a classroom or as an on-the-job trainee.
- Experience which provided knowledge-based competency of human resources business elements and can discuss terminology, concepts, principles, and issues related to this competency.
- Experienced in using references and resource materials and experienced in program functions such as, maintaining personnel records, counseling, or classification and assignments.
