General Experience: Must possess experience, education or training in the management, supervision, and administration of human resources management products or services.
HR SPECIALIST (R/P/C), GS-0201-9: Must have experience advertising positions, processing assignments or reassignment actions; reviewing human resources programs; Experience with merit principles, personnel plans, programs, and policies to guide or advise others on their implementation activities; Experience in applying program policies, directives, publications, and training manuals; Experience providing advice and support to managers, supervisors, and the Human Resources Officer on recruitment and placement matters for a variety of professional, administrative, technical and clerical occupations.
