Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the
GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience providing recommendations on organizational design.
Experience identifying, evaluating and/or recommending HR interventions to resolve inter-related classification problems/issues.
Experience preparing evaluations reports and discussing their findings with management.
Experience conducting desk-audits, resolving area of inaccuracy, determines title, series and grade.
Experience interpreting Fair Labor Standards Act.
Experience providing final classification and advisory service for new or rewriting position descriptions(PDs) and/or providing written evaluation reports on the rational of determining title, series, and grade.
Experience with federal HR classification and position management philosophy, concepts, principles, methods, practices, programs, techniques, laws, and executive orders for a wide range of professional, scientific, administrative and highly technical positions.

GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience applying a wide range of classification theories, concepts, practices, laws, policies, rules, regulations, precedents and procedures.
Experience applying classification standards and guides to a variety of occupations and levels.
Experience preparing evaluation statements that clearly explain classification rationale.
Experience advising managers on developing position descriptions.
Experience interpreting, applying position classification standards to positions and determining the correct pay category, occupational series, title and/or grade level.
