Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes experience with health care accreditation standards to determine compliance; and collaborate with internal and external parties to implement business processes; and advise stakeholders on standards of care, policies, and/or proposals; and assist leadership on quality improvement and/or health care program inspections. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (NH-02).
This is a DOD Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Workforce position. Selectee must meet position requirements for Program Management certification within 48 months as of entrance on duty.

Desired Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in health care, business, program management, or a related discipline.
- Master's degree in health care, business, program management, or a related discipline.

- Experience assisting with the acquisition and management of resources (personnel and equipment), management of policy and procedures designed to ensure efficient and effective programs and participating in work teams designed to accomplish health care management goals.
