You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. One year of specialized experience which includes reviewing patient records; independently plans and carries out assignments to include efficient Register Nurse Pre-operative appointments and data quality management to ensure smooth daily operations; manages and coordinates clerical duties inherent to the operating room scheduling services; maintaining daily patient logs and various records; preparing reports; and utilizing automated/computer equipment (i.e. scanner, fax, copier, label maker); Schedules and de-conflicts all operative cases for surgeons within the department. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-05).
