Key Responsibilities
- Deliver expert care in the outpatient Hematology/Oncology clinic.
- Evaluate, triage, and prioritize consultation requests.
- Conduct medical histories, examinations, and laboratory evaluations.
- Plan and prescribe patient treatment within a multidisciplinary team.
- Perform administrative tasks, including peer reviews and evaluations.
- Provide on-call services as required.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine or equivalent degree in medicine or osteopathy.
- Current, unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state or territory.
- Completion of residency training in an accredited program.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- U.S. Citizenship or proof of being a qualified non-citizen as per VA policy.
Preferred Experience
- Board eligible/certified in Hematology/Oncology with fellowship training.
