- A one-year probationary period may be required.
- Possesses satisfactory completion of pre-employment background checks in accordance with AR 215-3, 2-13, to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
- This position may require a health screening. Immunizations may be required as a condition of employment for the health and safety of those in the facility.
Qualifications
1.Possesses demonstrated knowledge, skills, and abilities that indicate the capability to work independently, and perform the duties associated with front office operations as a desk clerk (duties may include telephone services, reservations, accountability reports, etc.)
2. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing using the English language in a clear, concise, and grammatically correct manner
3. Mathematical ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide at the level necessary to prepare reports, count accurately, and provide accurate change
4. Ability to use automated equipment in the performance of required duties
5. Experience using common office software with capabilities similar to Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Best Qualified Criteria
1. At least (6) months of verifiable hospitality or customer service experience
