Duties
- Performs night audit functions. Checks front desk accounting records for accuracy, and, on a daily basis, summarizes and compiles information for the hotel's financial records.
- Tracks room revenues, occupancy percentages, and other front desk operating statistics. Prepares daily summary of cash, check, and credit card activities reflecting the hotel's financial performance. Post room charges to guest accounts.
- Processes credit card vouchers. Verifies all account postings and balances made during the day by front desk clerks.
- Performs duties as desk clerk in terms of check-in/out, and reservations.

- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one-year probationary period may be required.
- Possesses satisfactory completion of pre-employment background checks in accordance with AR 215-3, 2-13, to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
- This position may require a health screening. Immunizations may be required as a condition of employment for the health and safety of those in the facility.
- Must be willing and able to work shift work. The majority of shifts will be 3rd shift from 11pm to 7am.
Qualifications
1. One year experience performing the duties of a desk clerk or an accounting technician
2. Ability to use a computer for word processing or data entry
