Examples of specialized experience are: 1) Knowledge of position management principles and techniques to provide management advisory services on all HR issues and organizational structures that are efficient, cost effective, support desired grade levels d facilitate career development. 2) Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with supervisors and managers and to gain their confidence and cooperation. 3) Skill in written and verbal communication to prepare and present classification criteria and justification, recommend and or carry out specific action(s) regarding complex management/employ relations issues, develop and provide functional training, and prepare policy or other written instruction as needed.
