Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Providing integrated federal civilian human resources advisory services to managers/supervisors on recruitment and placement principles, polices, laws, regulations, and practices; 2) Analyzing federal civilian human resources data to develop solutions to reduce time to hire and address organizational recruitment challenges; 3) Leading federal civilian human resources projects or initiatives; AND 4) Providing technical advice and quality control review to federal civilian human resources team members. This typically includes work performed at the next lower grade/level NH-02 (GS-11) position in the federal service.
You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:
