Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing program management by applying an in-depth knowledge of planning, programming and procurement procedures, as well as Logistics. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Providing expert technical guidance, direction and strategies for the execution of high-visibility, high complexity issues associated with Performance Based Logistics (PBL) acquisition contracts;
2) Applying a comprehensive knowledge of acquisition/procurement, contracting, and business specializations such as cost and price analysis and review of sources of funds to properly evaluate contractor business proposals;
3) Preparing technical cost analyses for weapon systems and major spare parts procurement;
4) Isolating and defining unknown proposal methods to facilitate the resolution of critical problems;
5) Leading teams conducting proposal evaluations and/or independently conducts Business Case Analysis for spares, repairables and MDAPs procurements.
