Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the
GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying in-depth knowledge of industrial analysis, logistics support, and planning, programming, and procurement procedures. Examples of specialized experience include:
1) Providing expert technical guidance, direction, and strategies for the execution of high-visibility, high complexity issues associated with Performance Based Logistics (PBL) acquisition contracts;
2) Applying comprehensive knowledge of acquisition/procurement, contracting, and business specializations such as cost and price analysis and review of funding sources to properly evaluate contractor proposals;
3) Facilitating and developing solutions to critical problems; and
4) Analyzing contractor performance data and applying analytical/evaluative techniques and Earned Value Management (EVM) policies and methodologies of performance measurement to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of acquisition programs.
