Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the
GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience running IT programs/projects utilizing acquisition and resource management skills. Experience with budget, staffing, and contracting for IT assigned programs. Experience developing and managing IT project budgets. Experience developing and updating IT life cycle cost estimates. Experience managing the sustainment, maintenance, modernization and life cycle management of IT systems and new capabilities through the application of DoDI 5000.02. Experience maintaining cybersecurity lifecycle phases and systems in compliance with cybersecurity directives. Experience maintaining access to CMLS to track material inventory and other unique IT programs.

- Attention to Detail - Ensures all programs within an IT program are delivered with the defined scope, quality, time and cost.
- Customer Service - Coordinates directly with end-users to ensure systems specifications and user requirements are in agreement.
- Oral Communication - Actively communicates financial requirements and relevant risks through quantitative and qualitative means.
- Problem Solving - Manages the identification of operational issues for resolution and the application of emerging technologies.
