Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Providing guidance in implementing IT security policies and procedures in the development and operations of network systems. 2) Coordinating operations at the local level designed to ensure, protect, and restore IT systems, services and capabilities. 3) Analyzing and interpreting technical specifications into integrated applications that automate business processes. 4) Participating on teams responsible for planning, design, development, testing, integration and deployment of Web-based applications that interface with configurations of hardware and software.
In addition to the specialized experience above, your experience must reflect skill in the following four competencies, as defined:
