Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Reviewing IT programs to assess overall compliance with IT plans, policies, and alignment with business requirements; 2) Planning and implementing CAT I's, CAT II's, and CAT III's fixes/mitigations from DISA's Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), DoD Retina Vulnerabilities, and Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts (IAVAs) to secure NPS enterprise information systems including but not limited to: Windows DNS, Active Directory, Domain Controllers, DHCP, Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2008 R2, and Windows Server 2003; 3) Participating in the planning and delivery of a full range of customer support services to the organization; 4) Installing and maintaining software and hardware, controlling current versions and future releases of applications software, and documenting the physical configuration of an information system.

- Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations.
