Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the
GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) applying information technology principles and practices to provide technical support to personnel; 2) Troubleshooting information technology problems and managing networks and computer systems; 3) Performing preventive maintenance of hardware to include installing and replacing hardware; and 4) and maintaining a current inventory database to include hardware and software systems.
