Qualifications
ASSESSMENT FACTORS
1. Coordinates, integrates, and synchronizes target development production, priorities, and requirements across the theater and intelligence community.
2. Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills to compose and deliver responses to complex questions in a clear, concise, and organized manner.
3. Demonstrates and maintains a thorough understanding of the organization’s mission, functions, values, and policies/procedures.
4. Establishes effective working relationships to successfully complete work.
5. With minimal guidance, performs one or more of the following: target list management, no-strike coordination, targeting automation duties, target intelligence planning, target development, Collateral Damage Estimations (CDE), weaponeering, point mensuration, and Battle Damage Assessment (BDA).
HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS
1. Possesses detailed knowledge of USINDOPACOM theater political-military environment and PACOM AOR joint, service, and functional organizational relationships.
2. Integrates Intelligence Community-produced analyses & assessments with theater target intelligence analysis and planning guidance to support potential joint force operations.
3. Experience with joint target intelligence production for Combatant Commands, subordinate joint force, NATO, or service/functional component Targeting Element, Targeting Work Center, or Intelligence/Operations Fusion Center.
