This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for certain personnel of DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Specialized experience GS-12: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service which includes; project engineering, engineering technical lead (ETL), and project management services for architectural/engineer (A/E) or internally created projects for building, maintenance, repair, alteration, and special projects or studies. solves, counsels on, or assesses less complex project management assignments as well as sophisticated ones that include challenging or uncommon planning, scheduling, negotiating, and coordination. Currently possess a Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) License.At least a year experience as a Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) managing Architectural Design (A/E) design contractors.
