Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Coordinates, directs and provides the day-to-day administration of site planning, site development, building design, environmental impacts/constraints, economic analyses, traffic studies, special planning studies, space management(including complex interior space layout and floorplan configuration using expert skills in AutoCAD), project concepts development, cultural resources, design-bid-build and design-build bid documents; 2) Develops project documentation (DD 1391) that includes project scope, cost estimates and supporting documentation; 3) Performs contract administration including preparing scopes of work, serving on A-E slate and selection boards, preparing Government estimates for the various phases of work, assisting in the negotiation of A-E contracts and evaluating A-E performances for accuracy, adequacy, completeness and conformity with the contract and customer requirements.
