Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Conducting long term and short term resource planning to ensure fluctuation work requirements can be accomplished with resources; Developing specifications and planning criteria for major facility projects; Developing special reports and briefings for senior agency officials, covering short, medium and long range facility planning and logistical goals; AND assisting with budget planning, programming, prioritization, preparation, execution, implementation and tracking distribution of funding.
