Summary

You will serve as a INTERDISCIPLINARY ENGINEER/ARCHITECT at NAVAL FAC ENGR CMD EUROPE SW ASIA, Italy.



Duties

  • You will perform space analysis and develop space utilization plans for assigned installation.
  • You will identify, update, and report outdated and/or inaccurate Asset Evaluations, Facility Planning documents, and Basic Facility Requirements.
  • You will develop 1391 project documentation, perform site analysis, develop compatibility use documentation and process site approvals.
  • You will develop requirements prioritization recommendations that meet funding and other constraints.
  • You will provide constructability reviews of design and contract documents to ensure execution meets planner's intent.

Qualifications

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing and maintaining installation master plans and performing various facilities -related tasks necessary to accomplish installation planning, site requirement analysis and project development. 2) Performing space management analysis, basic facility requirements preparation, asset evaluations, condition analysis, encroachment management, processing site approvals, and developing 1391 project documentation. 3) Comprehensively planning studies of various technical fields for administration and budget planning.
