GS-13:
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the
GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector
performing project management, design engineering, and construction management services; developing programs, policies, and processes to manage engineering design or construction projects; AND performing planning, programming, budgeting and execution of long and short range plans.
GS-12:

negotiating and administering construction contracts to ensure specifications and quality assurance are in compliance; AND providing advisory services for the design, construction, and oversight of plans and design criteria for repairs and alterations of large structures such as, office buildings, warehouses, parking facilities.
