In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade or band is required. It is defined as one year of specialized experience equivalent to the DE-02 pay band (GS-11 level) in the Federal Service which includes experience in one or more of the following areas: 1) Coordinating with government agencies and international partners to establish global agreements; 2) Evaluating policies, procedures and regulations ensuring appropriate compliance requirements; and, 3) Vetting program documentation including technology plans to ensure appropriate dissemination and submission.
Applicants will be evaluated on their potential to perform the position and their application package. The incumbent must be able to:
- Work with and across multi-disciplinary teams that are geographically dispersed
- Provide excellent customer service to key stakeholders.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks to meet short suspense requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Rapidly adapt to changes in mission and requirements.
