For GS-12
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Processing knowledge of inventory management policies and procedures to maintain material accountability and improve auditability; 2) Using NAVFAC's internal control programs (PDREP, EPIC) and their role in ensuring compliance and efficiency in inventory management; 3) Knowing supply system operations, procedures, and regulations, including how they apply to the FEC and PWD environments; 4) Being proficient evaluating and improving inventory management processes, developing local procedures, and implementing corrective actions; 5) Applying Microsoft Office suite, Maximo, and ERP systems to retrieve, process, and analyze inventory data; and 6) Executing strong leadership and communication skills to develop and present training, coordinate problem resolution, and articulate findings to stakeholders.

For GS-11

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Possessing knowledge of inventory management, material accountability, and supply chain operations, with an understanding of DoD, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP policies; 2) Utilizing data analysis tools to track and analyze inventory records; 3) Being able to use internal control programs (PDREP, EPIC) and their role in evaluating inventory accuracy and compliance; 4) Reviewing and reconciling inventory records, tracking material movement, and assisting with data collection; 5) Using Microsoft Office tools to compile reports, organize data, and support presentations; and 6) Communicating effectively with written and oral skills to coordinate with team members, receive guidance, and present findings.
