If substituting education for experience, at the GG-05 level, you must have successfully completed four years of post-high-school education.

Applicant must have directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of the knowledge, skills, abilities and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies/knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position.
Specialized experience required for this position is:
-GG-05 level is described as clerical or technical experience that includes organizing information, maintaining data base records (entering, searching for, retrieving, editing and deleting data) using word processing and basic spreadsheet software reviewing basic documents (employment applications, claims for benefits, loan applications, contracts, or investigative forms) for accuracy and completeness OR successfully completed four years of post-high-school education
-GG-06 level is described as clerical or technical experience that includes organizing information, maintaining data base records (entering, searching for, retrieving, editing and deleting data) using word processing and basic spreadsheet software reviewing basic documents (employment applications, claims for benefits, loan applications, contracts, or investigative forms) for accuracy and completeness.
-GG-07 level is at least one year experience equivalent to the GG-6 level in the Federal government and Clerical or technical experience that includes: collecting, obtaining, and organizing information; maintaining data base records (entering, searching for, retrieving, editing and deleting data), using word processing and spreadsheet software; and reviewing and accurately reporting information from records.
