You may qualify at the NH 3 , if you fulfill the following qualifications:
A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-2 (GS-11) grade level in the Federal service as listed below:
- Performing personnel management activities to include leading teams of personnel from various functions or disciplines, and providing direction or guidance regarding policies, procedures and directives of management.
- Creating, reviewing, and delivering governance documentation, strategies, road maps, charters, and standards
- Assessing risk and mission impacts of security vulnerabilities
- Developing Risk Management Framework (RMF) authorization requirements for on-premise, cloud-based or big data storage environments
You may qualify at the NH 2, if you fulfill the following qualifications:
A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-1 (GS-5) grade level in the Federal service as listed below:
- Performing personnel management activities to include leading teams of personnel from various functions or disciplines, and providing direction or guidance regarding policies, procedures and directives of management.
- Creating, reviewing, and delivering governance documentation, strategies, road maps, charters, and standards
- Assessing risk and mission impacts of security vulnerabilities
- Developing Risk Management Framework (RMF) authorization requirements for on-premise, cloud-based or big data storage environments
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
In addition to meeting qualifications, your application package must reflect the applicable experience to meet the Individual Occupational Requirements for the 2210, series as listed below:
Experience must be IT related; the experience may be demonstrated by paid or unpaid experience and/or completion of specific, intensive training (for example, IT certification), as appropriate
