Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the
GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Providing administrative and technical control of the Cybersecurity/Cyber compliance requirements of IT systems, networks and data.
Examples of qualifying experience may include: developing or implementing activities designed to optimize, protect, and restore IT systems, services, and capabilities; evaluating and recommending IT security tools and procedures to protect assets; evaluating systems' compliance with IT security requirements; providing advice and guidance on IT security policies and procedures; conducting system validation and accreditation reviews. Perform technical (evaluation of technology) and non-technical (evaluation of people and operations) risk and vulnerability assessments of relevant technology focus areas (e.g., local computing environment, network and infrastructure, enclave boundary, and supporting infrastructure).

1. Attention to Detail - Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail. IT-related experience demonstrating this competency include: Planning, developing and carrying out IT related assignments to meet mission goals and objectives.
2. Customer Service - Works with clients and customers (that is, any individuals who use or receive the services or products that your work unit produces, including the general public, individuals who work in the agency, other agencies, or organizations outside the Government) to assess their needs, provide information or assistance, resolve their problems, or satisfy their expectations; knows about available products and services; is committed to providing quality products and services. IT-related experience demonstrating this competency include: Serving as primary liaison between customers, vendors or IT management to assess needs and provide quality products and services.
3. Oral Communication - Expresses information (for example, ideas or facts) to individuals or groups effectively, taking into account the audience and nature of the information (for example, technical, sensitive, controversial); makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens to others, attends to nonverbal cues, and responds appropriately. IT-related experience demonstrating this competency include: Actively participating in conferences, meetings or making presentations involving problems or issues or considerable consequences or importance.
4. Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations. IT-related experience demonstrating this competency include: Conducting extensive investigational analysis to determine the nature and scope of problems and devising solutions.
