Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Reviewing IT and control systems programs to assess overall compliance with cybersecurity plans, policies, and alignment with business and mission requirements;
2) Maintaining an organization's cybersecurity program that includes cybersecurity architecture, requirements, objectives, policies, cybersecurity personnel, and cybersecurity processes and procedures;
3) Providing assistance in drafting, modifying, and maintaining an organization's core cybersecurity policies; and
4) Tracking and performing cybersecurity related tasks associated with assessment and authorization activities for IT and control systems in accordance with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process.

IT-related experience demonstrating this competency include diagnosing networked system failures to isolate sources of problems between equipment, networks, systems software, and application systems.

1) Advising leadership on cyber security incidents, risks, or policy changes that affect the command mission, systems, or programs;
2) Developing project documentation including statements of work, business case analyses, charter, scope, schedule, cost, risk, stakeholder and communication management plans;
3) Collaborating with leadership to review IT and control systems programs to ensure compliance with cybersecurity plans, policies, and alignment with business and mission requirements; and
4) Ensuring that information ownership responsibilities are established for each system, to include accountability, access approvals, and special handling requirements.
