Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Evaluating classroom management and process tools in support of logistics, service, change, configuration, and management; 2) Leading major projects such as the installation of classroom environments or technical refresh of existing installations; 3) Utilizing project management techniques to develop project plans, monitoring progress, providing reports/metrics toward completion of projects in support of classrooms and configuration tools; and 4) Applying classroom design principles, methods, and approaches sufficient to design, analyze, and configure solutions that meet technical and functional requirements. NOTE: This experience must be clearly demonstrated in your resume.

IT-related experience demonstrating this competency include: Communicating information, determining IT system security requirements, and coordinating work processes with problem resolution to provide transparency and awareness to any individual impacted by policy and guidance changes.

Oral Communication - Expresses information (for example, ideas or facts) to individuals or groups effectively, taking into account the audience and nature of the information (for example, technical, sensitive, controversial); makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens to others, attends to nonverbal cues, and responds appropriately. IT-related experience demonstrating this competency include: Coordinating continuously with regional IT program managers/customers, and preparing and presenting briefings to senior management officials and other echelon commands on complex IT issues.
4. Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations. IT-related experience demonstrating this competency include: Devising solutions to problems which will increase the effectiveness of regional IT security systems while identifying emerging security/policy and planning technology and their application to regional business processes.
